Phil has worked at the firm since 2016, first as a legal assistant and then as an associate. Phil’s practice has focused on litigating complex collection matters, including by obtaining attachments, levying and selling real property, levying and selling private stock interests, installing receivers, and seizing various other assets towards satisfaction of judgments and right to attach orders. Phil’s practice involves representing creditors in civil, family, probate, and bankruptcy court. Phil has also first-chaired a successful jury trial and litigated several fraudulent transfer cases.
Phil attended California Western School of Law, where he graduated first in his class. In law school, Phil served as an Associate Writer and Editor for the California Western Law Review. Previously, Phil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from The Ohio State University.
When not working, Phil enjoys playing Padel, cooking, travelling, and spending time with his wife Liz and dog Pickles.
